6. No Hidden Fees: No commissions, no ads, no catches. Communicate directly with guests, share payment details, and receive payments without any middleman interference.

For your first year, listing your property is completely free. When it’s time to renew, you can continue at no charge— just choose the free option, and you’re all set to keep listing without paying a dime.

You also have the option to upgrade to a Verified Listing or a Paid Listing. Verified Listings are given top priority in search results, followed by Paid Listings, and then Free Listings. Choose an upgrade anytime to boost your property’s visibility and increase your earning potential.

For now, all listings are free and will be sorted based on customer ratings and feedback.

   • Paid Listings: Sponsored listings that appear higher in search results (choose with caution).
   • Free Listings: Available at no charge but still require screening and verification before booking.
2. Why No Commission?
   GatewayBnB doesn’t handle financial transactions, so there are no commissions or hidden fees on bookings. However, we do not take responsibility for discrepancies in facilities or services offered in Paid or Free Listings.
