Old Manali House

Old Manali House is my attempt to bring nature lovers more closer to the nature. The house is located on a hilltop overlooking beautiful snow capped mountains, the Manalsu river and is surrounded by apple orchards. My place is ideal for travelers seeking peace and tranquility. Perfect for a weekend getaway, long stays, short stays and digital nomads.
The space
My place is sanitized and disinfected before the handover to the guests.
The property has two floors with a configuration of a spacious 1 BHK apartment with a balcony on each floor, private entrance to each apartment, it has a double bed in the bedroom and 2 single beds in the living room and can accommodate 4 people in each apartment. The living room is equipped with a bukhari (traditional wood burning stove) for heating the room. The kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, plates, cutlery, electric kettle, gas cylinder and stove. Hot & cold water available 24/7, it has a roof top from where you can soak in 360 degree panoramic views, workout, or simply relax. It also has a small garden and loads of greenery.
Guest access
The house is located 700 mt (5-7 mins walk) from Manu temple car parking, THE LAST 100 MT OF THE WALK IS AN UPHILL CLIMB THROUGH A RUSTIC AND UNEVEN TRAIL. We don’t have parking facility on the property, free parking is available at the Manu temple car parking on first come first serve basis and at your own risk. Four wheelers can’t go beyond the parking because the road gets narrow however two wheelers can come near our property and can park at your own risk.

Hikes, Fishing, Trail walks to Manalsu river, Beas river, nature park, near by villages and waterfalls, visit Manu temple, Hadimba temple, Tibetan monastery, Museum of Himachal culture and folk art, visit Mall Road, cafes, shopping. There are loads of hidden gems you can contact me and I’ll tell you all about it.
